Notification settings

These are the types of email notifications you can receive:

  • Webform submission
    You receive this email notification when a lead has submitted a webform connected to MDC DOT. You can learn how to do this here.
  • Social connection problems
    You receive this email notification when one of the connections to your social media accounts in Get Social has expired.
  • Contact limit
    You receive this email notification when you have reached the contact limit for your MDC DOT subscription level.
  • Declined payment: 1st notice
    This is the first email notification you receive if a charge for your MDC DOT subscription has been declined.
  • Declined payment: 2nd notice
    This is the second email notification you receive if a charge for your MDC DOT subscription has been declined.
  • Declined payment: 3rd notice
    This is the third email notification you receive if a charge for your MDC DOT subscription has been declined.
  • Account suspension
    You receive this email notification if we have been unable to receive a successful payment three times in a row. This means your account has been suspended, and you will only be able to access My Billing in your MDC DOT account until your account has been put back in good standing.
  • STAGE CHANGE: warm
    You receive this email notification when a contact’s lead score has reached the warm stage level.
  • STAGE CHANGE: hot
    You receive this email notification when a contact’s lead score has reached the hot stage level.

See your notifications and settings

  • Click the triangle notification button at the top right of the page

  • Click View all notification in the dropdown

Manage your notification settings

By default, all notification settings are checked. Check settings to turn them on. Uncheck settings to turn them off.
