All accounts include these features:
- Unlimited social posts through Get Social
- Online and phone support
- Use of email campaigns
- One-off broadcast emails through the Dotcast feature
- Lead email address verification with Kickbox
- And more
If you are manually adding leads (one at a time or using the bulk uploader), and you hit your contact limit, you will not be able to proceed with adding additional contacts until you do one of two options:
If you hit your contact limit, and a person fills out a form on a landing page or website that is set up to add them to your lead catalog, they will be quarantined (as we do not want you to lose new leads) until you: (1) remove other leads from your lead catalog to make room or (2) upgrade your account to the next level. If you do not take one of these steps within 14 days of each quarantined lead’s opt-in date, these leads will be deleted and irretrievable.
It is the responsibility of the user to manage his/her leads from one month to the next.
All user subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Any fees collected will not be refunded.
